The first materials bid was awarded unanimously before Supervisor Frank Ruch intervened and asked the solicitor if all bids could be awarded as listed with one motion. A sigh of relief was heard through the chamber and was vocalized by Solicitor Tom Nanovic as a "thank you" preceding his reply that the bids could be awarded collectively. At that point Ruch moved to award all bids as designated in the motions on the agenda which was seconded by Supervisor Linda Benner. The motion carried unanimously.
