Back by popular demand, Access Services in Orwigsburg has announced that the after-dark Egg Hunt will be an added back to the upcoming 7th Annual Eggstravaganza event, taking place on Friday, April 9 at the Lakeside Ballroom, in Barnesville, PA from 7 p.m. to midnight.
"The after-dark egg hunt has always been a hugely celebrated part of our annual Eggstravaganza event. Last year we followed a slightly different format and did not have the outside hunt," says Sheila Davison, Regional Director.
"In response to the overwhelming number of requests begging to bring back this outside egg hunt, we are excited to announce that the after-dark egg hunt will be part of this year's event, with 100 amazing prizes added to the already 300 indoor prizes."
Guests 21 and older will enjoy a delicious hot dinner buffet, cash bar, live music from The Fabulous Greaseband, tons of Egg prizes, and an incredible selection of high-end auction items, including vacation packages (including Woodloch), sports tickets (including the Phillies), autographed jerseys, Yuengling collectables, spa, and restaurant and store certificates.
One in three eggs will be a winner. There will be over $10,000 in prizes, and the Grand Egg Prize is a $1,600 Whimsical Hearts On Fire Diamond Necklace, courtesy of Murphy Jewelers.
Proceeds from the Eggstravaganza event help support Access Services' work in serving children and adults with developmental disabilities and special needs in the local community.
