as someone who lives on this block im not shocked at all by this event. And its all due to a local business that cant control their customers. Try driving down south 4th on a monday night. People are double parked and so forth. The business has parking in the back and also the BHA across the street. but people insist on double parking and blocking the streets and its all a race to get a spot when one opens up. Everyone on this block pays taxes but no one gets the luxury of using their parking spots due to this business. My prayers go out to the family of this poor man. My suggestions are sue the business as they are partly to blame for this incident.
