Frank Kuhn, owner of Mallard Market in Lehighton, received a Distinguished Citizens Award from the Schuylkill Carbon Marine Corps League Detachment 626 for his many accomplishments and contributions towards Marine Corps League programs and goals. Marine Corps League member and co-founder Al Cheese stated, "Frank Kuhn and Mallard Market have always been very much involved in many of our League's activities, such as Toys For Tots, flag raisings, Marine Helping Wounded Marines, and other various other veterans programs."
