The Tamaqua North & Middle Ward Playground held a Pirate-themed scavenger hunt and dance party over the weekend. Entertainment was provided by Brad and Kathy of Original Sounds. Free candy and prizes were given out to all the youth who came dressed up in pirate attire. The event was held and sponsored by the North and Middle Ward Playground Association. President Kim Snyder stated her appreciation to all the volunteers who helped make this event a great one.
