Two men charged with the murder of a Shenandoah man last March were among 46 people arraigned on criminal charges Monday morning in the office of District Attornety James P. Goodman at the Schuylkill County courthouse and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury.

Murder charges

Julius Charles Enos, 31, Reading, and Damon L. Ennett, 29, Freeland, both charged by Trooper Edward Lizewski with criminal homicide for the shooting of Bruce Forker at the home of his girlfriend, Kasa Brennan, Shenandoah. They are also charged with criminal conspiracy, robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, theft, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.

Joseph Raymond Wood, 52, of 727 Lincoln Avenue, Palmyra, Lebanon County, charged by Patrollman David T. George, Schuylkill Haven police, with rape by forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, indecent exposure and corruption of minors.

Alexis Marie Goldberg, 19, of 37 E. Ridge St., Coaldale, charged by Trooper Eric Porpiglia with retail theft of jewelry from Boscov's Store, Fairlane Village Mall, Pottsville, valued at $137.95 last April 12.

John Rufus Templeton, 28, of 1305 Pine St., Mahanoy City, charged by Sgt. William DeWald, Pottsville police, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol last April 12.

Seth George Mellor, 19, of 27 Gamelands Drive, Walker Township, charged by Trooper Paul Hardnock with DUI, DUI as a minor, theft of services, fleeing police, underage drinking, failing to wear a seat belt, defiant trespassing, involved in accident with a parked vehicle and two counts of criminal mischief to property. He was stopped on Wildcat Road, Walker Townshijp, last May 10.

Susan Patricia Russell, 52, of 282 Wood St., Cumbola, charged by Trooper James Cuttita with agggravated assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person last April 19. Victim was Keith Butcavage, boyfriend.

Tyler Drum, 20, Tower City, charged by Sargent John Boyer, Tower City Police, with criminal conspiracy and two counts of theft of property from home of his mother, Crystal Drum, and sold them to a pawnshop.

Larome Harrison Wonsock, 23, Minersville, charged by Patrolman Jeffrey R. Bowers, Minersville police, with unauthorized use of vehicle owned by Jennifer Wonsock, his mother.

Joshua Michael Tagliaboski, 21, Ashland, charged by Patrolman Robert Rinehimer, Ryan Township police, with simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Frederick Francis Rabbits III, 28, Orwigsburg, charged by Patrolman David T. George, Schuylkill Haven police, with possession instruments of crime (two knives), defiant trespass on property of Betty Wingle, Garfield Avenue; disordery conduct and public drunkenness.

Russell G. Hubler, 37, Schuylkill Haven, charged by Patrolman Kenneth A. Jacoby, Schuylkill Haven police, with DUI, careless driving and failing to activate turning signals as required.

James Anthony Donmoyer, 45, Pine Grove, charged by Trooper Paul Hardnock with DUI and careless driving on Interstate 81 in Foster Township last April 26.

Charles Emerson Lash Jr., 25, Pottsville, has been charged by Pottsville police with 13 burglaries in the city between November 2009 and May 2010. Places reported burglarized were, West End Fire Company firehouse, Habitation Inc. building, Kline Auto Body Shop, Club 18, S&G Gift Shop Outlet, United Presbyterian Church, Ken's Tire Shop, Towne Drug Store, Schuylkill Medical Center Dental Clinic, Vince's Auto Garage, American Hose Company, Little Joe's Garage, Peacock Street Bar and The Office Bar.

Glenn David Woodford, 33, Minersville, charged by Patrolman Ryan P. Murphy, Minersville police, with aggravated and simple assaults on David Dutcavich and disorderly conduct.

Willliam Scott Walters, 33, Schuylkill Haven, charged by Cpl. Dennis Wiederhold, Pottsville police, with delivery of a controlled substance (CS), possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession.

Wendy Sue Morgan, 36, Gordon, charged by Deputy Chief Ted Daniels, Minersville police, with DUI last April 25.
