A "big worm" which Edwin Searfass, four-year-old Lansford child, picked up Fridaybit him in the right thumb. Pedestrians who went to his aid killed the object of the boy's attention, which was a copperhead snake. The wound was promptly cauterized and apparently the victim of the snake bite shows no ill effects.
