Twelve of Lehigh Carbon Community College's Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) Technology program students sat for the National Skills Test this past February.
The college is pleased to announce that 100% of the students passed Commercial Refrigeration, 100% passed Light Commercial/Heating, and a near perfect percentage passed the Core and Specialty portion.
LCCC's HVACR program offers both an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree and a certificate as part of the college's School of Technology. The program prepares students to enter the HVACR field in both installation and service areas.
The national exam tests the material of what an entry level technician should know.
