Dear Editor:

On Dec. 21, 2009, I went to a Northern Lehigh/Pen Argyl girls basketball game at Pen Argyl.I could not believe the poor sportsmanship displayed by their fans, students and some school authority.The harassment and name calling by Pen Argyl fans was uncalled for.The Northern Lehigh girls were afraid to go down to one corner of the floor. People were told to slap the girls on the behind.It was like being at a football game.Arlene DombroskyJim Thorpe
