Lehigh Carbon Community College will hold a variety of noncredit exercise classes for fitness and recreation this semester. The following yoga classes will be held at LCCC's main campus in Schnecksville, unless noted otherwise.
This class teaches the yoga principles of slow movements and holding positions. Bring an exercise or yoga mat to each class.

This total body/mind workout uses asana (posture), prana yam (breathing exercises), mudra (hand positions), mantra, bhanda (body lock), and dhrana (concentrated meditation) for tuning the glands and relieving stress in the nervous system.
