A Monroe County teen is facing 30 sexual assault related counts stemming from incidents in which he allegedly drugged his victim and then assaulted her.

State police at Lehighton said Robert Michael Pugh, 19, has been charged with the incidents that occurred over a period of November 2009 through January.

According to troopers, Pugh allegedly drugged a 13-year-old female on five occasions during the time period stated without her knowledge. While she was unconscious Pugh sexually assaulted her five times and raped her three times.

In addition to the 30 sexual assault counts Pugh is also charged with five counts of corruption of a minor. He was arraigned before a district judge and committed to the county prison in Snydersville in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Troopers said the assaults occurred at a residence along Pheasant Lane in Kresgeville.
