Just before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Tamaqua Police, Fire Department, and Fire Police responded to a two vehicle accident with fluids on SR309 in South Tamaqua involving two tractor trailers. Reportedly, one of the tractor trailers rear-ended the other while driving south on SR-309. SR309 was partially closed during cleanup. No serious injuries were reported.
