LONG POND - Race fans will have to wait an extra week to see NASCAR Sprint Cup Series racing at Pocono Raceway in 2011.

Due to a number of changes in the 2011 Sprint Cup schedule, both Sprint Cup races at Pocono have been moved back one week.

The 30th annual Pocono 500 is scheduled for June 12 and the 38th annual Pennsylvania 500 is scheduled for August 7.

In 2010, the Pocono 500 was won by Denny Hamlin and the Pennsylvania 500 was won by Greg Biffle.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, which made its debut at Pocono Raceway in 2010, will return to Pocono on August 6 for the Pocono Mountains 125. Elliott Sadler won the inaugural Camping World Truck Series race at the "Tricky Triangle" by less than half a second over Kasey Kahne.

The ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards will also be part of the schedule for both of Pocono Raceway's Cup race weekends.

The ARCA Racing Series will run on June 11 and will join the Camping World Truck Series for a racing doubleheader on August 6.

"The later dates are ideal for Pocono Raceway," said Raceway President Brandon Igdalsky.

"The June date will allow more families to attend since most schools will be on summer recess."

All ticket renewals for 2010 ticket holders will be emailed by August 19, 2010.

Those ticket holders who do not have an email account will be sent a hard copy via mail.

A number of payment plans are available for fans renewing their tickets for 2011.

Discounts on Grandstand Tickets and Ticket Insurance are also available.
