Dear Editor:
It's time for term limits in Penn Forest Township. Six years is too long.
I suggest that a two year term be established with a two term limit. I will gladly start a petition, just need some encouragement.

The person above says elections = term limits but it couldn't be further from the truth. Most people don't care who is running as long as there is a 'D' or 'R' next to their name. This practice can keep lousy people in office for way too long and usually the longer they are in office the more out of touch they are.
Then that's the fault of the uninformed and apathetic citizen. If citizens are so stupid as to not care who's running, then they deserve all the lousy officeholders they can get. Don't change the system when it's the fault of the voter.
No need to mandate term limits...just vote 'em out of office.
