St. Peter EC plans VBS

St. Peter's Evangelical Church, 177 Main St., Weissport, will host Vacation Bible School next week. Sessions will be held from 6-8 p.m. beginning Monday, Aug. 9 and concluding on Aug. 13. The theme is "Kingdom of the Son."Classes include a story time, snacks and crafts. There will be songs to learn. Each evening will include a segment of the Lord's prayer. Preregister by calling Janet Freeby at (610) 377-4148 or children of all ages can register on the first evening at 5:45 p.m. All ages are welcome.The classes will conclude with a program at 7:30 p.m. for parents, family and friends. The area is handicap accessible.Nightly offerings will be taken for the missionary project.
