Blue Mountain Health System offers CPR, first aid courses

30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Health Works Education Center at 1241 Blakeslee Blvd. Dr. East in the Carbon Plaza Mall in Lehighton. There is a fee, which includes a manual.

Heartsaver AED for Adults/Children/Infants is a course for rescuers who need a CPR card and are not in the healthcare field. Participants usually include day care workers, foster parents, police, ski patrol, scout leaders and lay public who need a completion card.Heartsaver First Aid for Adults will be offered on Thurs., Sept. 17, from 5:30-9:30 p.m. The class will be held at the Health Works Education Center at 1241 Blakeslee Blvd. Dr. East in the Carbon Plaza Mall in Lehighton. There is a fee, and a manual is included in the cost.Heartsaver First Aid for Adults is for individuals who would like knowledge in First Aid, and they will receive a card upon completion.
