Owl Creek news
The Owl Creek Reservoir Commission met Monday evening. Topics of discussion ranged from fall foliage hay rides to a visit with Santa.

Also discussed was participation in the Tamaqua Halloween Parade on Oct. 27. The group plans to enter a float in the parade.
