When Castle Grill opened on Sept. 11, the goal was to donate a portion of the day's proceeds to a veteran's group. On Monday night, Frank Potoczak came through by presenting 10 percent of his opening day's receipts to the Lehighton American Legion. Potoczak said that each year a portion of Castle Grill's proceeds taken in on Sept. 11 will be donated to a veteran's organization.
