Fern Ridge PSP probe crashes

State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating three crashes, two on Saturday and one on Friday.

A two vehicle crash occurred about 4:33 p.m. on Saturday along SR209 in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Travis H. Eilber, 23, of Brodheadsville, was stopped in traffic waiting to turn into a parking lot when his 2005 Pontiac GTO was struck in the rear by a 2009 Nissan Sentra driven by Adrienne J. Marchese, 17, of New City, N.Y. Both drivers and a passsenger in the GTO, Kristina L. May, 20, of Saylorsburg, were all not injured. Damages were disabling to both vehicles.Troopers cited Marchese for driving a vehicle at a (un) safe speed.Troopers investigated a hit and run crash about 8:45 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16, in the parking lot of the West End Health and Fitness Club in Chestnuthill Township. The parked 2005 Toyota Rav4 of Stacy M. Dickerson, of Blakeslee, sustained damage to the drivers side front corner and wheel by another vehicle whose driver fled the scene, troopers said.The third crash occurred about 10:35 a.m. on Saturday along Interstate 80 in Kidder Township, Carbon County. Troopers said Steven G. Kulp, 20, of Stillwater, Columbia County, was driving a 2002 Saturn SC1 eastbound when he attempted to change from the right lane to the left due to a vehicle stopped along the right berm. Kulp lost control of the vehicle as it began to "fishtail." The car went onto the median and rolled over.Kulp was not injured. He was cited for driving a vehicle at a (un) safe speed.
