Please tell me how this stimulates the economy? Another example of our Govt. waistfull spending!
Aside from these being typical grants and infusion of taxpayer money that the government doesn't have, how do these funds stimulate the economy and create the jobs we were lead to believe would help recovery?
What are "fiscal stabilization" grants? Are those to recover debt?
This government is taking us for a ride because we all love to get hand outs in the name of economic recovery.
